At Vox Dei, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to exchange or return an item, please review our clear, hassle-free policy below—because your peace of mind matters as much as the pieces we craft.

Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date (based on shipping confirmation).

Condition Requirements: All items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging (gift box, tags). Personalized, custom, or engraved items are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our team via email at support@voxdeijewelry.com or call [Customer Support Number]. Please include your order number (begins with #VoxDeiXXXX) and reason for return/exchange (optional).
- Return Authorization (RA#): Once approved, you will receive an RA# via email. Please clearly mark this number on the outside of your return package—we cannot process returns without it.
- Package & Ship Your Return:
- Securely pack the item in its original Vox Dei packaging, along with the RA# and a copy of your proof of purchase.
- Use a trackable, insured shipping service (Vox Dei is not liable for lost or damaged items in transit).
- Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed (we’ll cover round-trip shipping for defective items).
Exchange Policy

Eligibility: Exchanges are permitted for eligible items (unworn, original condition) within the 30-day window. Custom/engraved items and "Final Sale" products are excluded.
- Processing Time: Exchanges take up to 10 business days to process after we receive your returned item. We’ll confirm availability of your preferred style/size before shipping the replacement.
Return Processing & Refunds
Return Inspection:
Upon receiving your return, our quality control team will inspect the item. Items that do not meet our return standards (damaged, worn, missing components) will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Timeline:
Approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of inspection. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for your financial institution to reflect the credit.
Return Fees:
For returns due to reasons other than a confirmed manufacturing defect, a $10 processing fee will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Prepare Your Return
Include Original Packaging: Pack all original materials, including any complimentary gifts, the packing slip.
Secure the Jewelry: Place your item(s) in the original Vox Dei jewelry box. For convenience, we recommend reusing the original packaging from your order.
Order Number Identification: Write your Order Number (begins with #Vox Deixxxx) clearly on the outside of the package.
Package Security: For security purposes, avoid writing terms such as "jewelry," "diamonds," or related words on the package.
Order Number Visibility: Ensure the Order Number is clearly visible on the label or outside of the box. We cannot process your return without this information.
Provide Tracking Information: Once shipped, please email the tracking number to support@voxdeijewelry.com for verification and tracking.
Refund Process
Receipt and Inspection
Once we receive your returned order, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item. This process may take up to three (3) business days. After inspection, we will either process an exchange or issue a refund according to our return conditions.
